Randy Belluk, President

Randy has been in the flatdeck transport business since the mid 1990's. Starting as a driver and progressing through owner operator, dispatch and management, Randy took over Lee River Transport in 2006. He has been managing Lee River since 1999, and has grown the company from a five truck fleet to the 36 unit size it is today. Away from work, Randy enjoys spending time riding motorcycle, camping and boating with his wife Laurie, children Kaylee and Danton in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter months. An avid race fan, Randy also races a dirt stock car at Red River Co-op Speedway in Winnipeg.

 

Laurie Belluk, Administration

Laurie has an 18 year background in the banking industry. She joined Randy in the business in 2006. Laurie enjoys family time in her off hours as well as golfing and fishing. Laurie is an avid sports fan who likes everything from football to NASCAR.

 

Susie Wall, Accounting

After 4 years of highway driving, Susie left the road at the birth of her son, Harley. She began with Lee River in 1998. Since then, Susie has moved from Winnipeg to a small farm near Lockport, MB. She is now living her dream, raising quarter horses.

 

Brian Hobday, Dispatch/Customer Service

Brian has been with Lee River since 2004, after years spent as a shipper in the lumber industry. Brian takes care of driver dispatch and all the cross border details. He is meticulous in following through with all aspects of customs and United States electronic compliance. In his off time, Brian lives for the lake, where he and his wife Karen and their children Lisa and Scott have a permanent spot near the Whiteshell provincial park. When not on the water Brian spends his off time touring on his Harley Davidson.

 

Jason Melnyk, Dispatch

Jason has been in the transport industry since 1992, as a driver, then owner/operator. He stepped into his role as dispatch in 2007, while continuing to own two trucks contracted to Lee River. Jason lives just outside Winnipeg with his wife Jenette and their children Austin and Meagan.

 

Dave Cryderman, Safety and Compliance

Dave has 11 years in the trucking industry, 9 of them driving and has split the last 2 plus years driving and dispatching. Dave moved full time to our office in 2008 as Safety and compliance officer. Dave is well versed in all our tasks and can do it all from driving to dispatch. In his off hours, Dave spends time caring for his horses with wife Gerri and riding his Harley Davidson in summer.

 

Lou Maione, Operations Manager

Lou has been involved in the transport business for many years as both a shipper and carrier. He has a wealth of knowledge in heavy equipment and all your over-dimensional moves. Lou specializes in matching your needs, be they big or small, with the right truck at the right time. Lee River can put your cargo on the road when you need it, and whether it be our truck or a partner carrier, Lou has the ability to put your freight on the road. Many shippers are looking for a third party logistics provider, and we can offer that and more with our own equipment as well.

In his off time, Lou enjoys spending time with wife Lori and sons Anthony, Mark and Ryan. He coaches hockey and is well involved in the community.
